I’m Andrea, an italian guy who loves playing piano and music of all kinds.
I created this blog for all the musicians who want to discover new mind-blowing pieces and also for those who are looking for a piano-solo arrangement of famous piano songs or soundtracks.
Each week I’ll drop an article regarding one of four different categories:
- Classical Music. It includes all the music composed before 1800, my favourites are from Chopin, Liszt and Debussy.
- Modern Music. It’s the music composed after 1800, I prefer ragtime or jazz composers, such as Joplin or Gershwin.
- Soundtracks. Arrangments you can find all over the web of the most famous OST of movies and videogames.
- Piano Songs. Arrangments of famous piano ballads from the contemporary music scene, in which the melody usually done by the singer is integrated in the piano accompainment.
If a get a positive feedback, I’m going to start a new section of the blog entirely devolved to piano advices for begineers (and not!).
